This all began when Doctor Sandy Masters, an Experimental Psychologist in Langley, VA., took an extended leave of absence following a severe mental breakdown. Looking for peace and chasing his inner Pisces, he found refuge on the calming shores of the Hawaiian Islands.

While spending his days convalescing on the beach, surfing, scuba diving and delving into the microfiche archives at the local library, Doctor Masters chanced upon a Korg N1 synthesizer in a local resale shop. Piquing his interest, he acquired it and began experimenting - he liked what he heard and how it made him feel. Peaceful. Enveloped. Eternal.

With the help of his neighbor J.B.’s dusty reel to reel machine and some old tape, Doctor laid down these sounds over the course of a weekend. Repetition is change, change is repetition. Since then, it has been used to calm nerves, induce extreme states of bliss and increase suggestibility for his patients and followers back home.
